Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of the intimate wellness products we sell, once any order leaves our facility, including all products and subscription boxes, they are considered used. All shipped products are unable to be restocked or re-sold. We maintain a strict no-returns or exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer. 

Please note: once an order has shipped, the Pleasure Parlor is not liable for any shipment that is lost in transit on behalf of the shipping carrier. Additionally, the Pleasure Parlor is not responsible for any stolen packages once a shipment has been delivered.
